hi alex i think bernard and co thought it was the best time to escape before many of us knew they they were hidding in the back row
but at least they turned up and i think they got the message!!!!thanks to all the crew it was my first meeting and would recomend every body to attend the next one. even though i knew a few faces i was made very welcombe by all

as an agent for repaircare as well as a few others can anybody say we as agents have been treated fair by repaircare . they have reduced our pay rates reduced our calls increased our spares cost have made agreements with manufacturers and insureance companys beond the origanial contracts and yet we are supposed to play fair . we are lied to ,cheated on and they even rob from us ( invoices charged back 6 months later beacuse the serial number dosent work on their system) in 30 years i have never overcharged or fitted parts that was not needed to any of my customers but to hell with repaircare i will not run my company into the ground to support the lavish lifestyle of their directors it works both ways

check air return port in freezer (just behind evap on r/hside ) can block with ice. open freezer door and see if cold air is blowing up into fridge port if it is shut freezer door and test fridge again if cold air stops its a blockage

try setting on a quick wash but after machine has filled add 1/2 ltr of water to tub and see if appliance heats
poor fill level will cause air pockets to travel through heater tube causeing heater to cut out if unit heats properly check for blockages in pressure system

just an update for those that posted or emailed me
the system that i bought is a 3 program system service/stock/kbase
the cost of the entire system was £2000.00 but have been advised by paul that he will split any of the programs or even spilt the cost into 4 payments or you can rent for £100.00 a month this is an inclusive price
the system will work on 1 or 25 pcs or on server and as many laptops as required yes it does intergrate sms email and postcode into the system as does sage and pegasus accounting programs
it will also upload and download info/orders from suppliers / service providers but does req info support from them
all laptops can be uploaded in the morning via 3g or direct into server and downloaded in the eve (cuts out paperwork)
i will be attending wga meeting in sept and will bring my laptop along if any bodys intrested in seeing the system working

latest update service system now has import / export for laptops all engineers fill in worksheets on the road and either down loads from 3g or plugs in to server on return to office
saves loads of time and paperwork engineers dont even have to come into the office they can upload all jobs in the morning whilst haveing breakfast and down load all jobs that eve whilst having tea or in some cases lunch 😆 just wish repaircare could be more helpfull with down loads
