    Lux engineers would always change board and motor to clear this fault

    I’ve had this main power board heater relays sticks so new power board.

    I had one like that it turned out to be blocked air chamber on the manifold, as the motor control goes through the pressure switch, cleared the pressure hose and the machine would then go into full spin

    did one last week turned out to be the PCB in the base, heater relay stuck, as soon as powered up you can hear the water boiling in the heater.

    Hi I can confirm that mark has one engineer “me” still look for another as lots of work here, its silly seasons at the moment lots of holiday lets so first call 9am no siesta finish anywhere around 4 to 8pm, brands are fagor, edesa, electrolux, bosch, balay, aeg.

    I’ve got the same machine at home and it had same fault changed upper basket spray arm and now fine, I think that wear made it loose and was hitting the under side of the basket

    Hi I’ve got to go back to one of those, customer reports service light on and clean pump light on, door locked with water still in it. I rebuilt new tub and ran it in the workshop worked ok – any ideas ?

    had a few like that, fault is on the dryer side could be the small dryer pcb behind the main pcb on righthand side

    can you get into the diagnostic system to read any fault codes. I’ve had this and its turned out to be the small dryer board behind the main pcb on the righthand side.

    sounds like the board and door lock, had an engineer who always did both on those models, but it’s down to £ ?
