“White knight do a standard reverse tumbler for £125”

True, but they use a stretch belt now, you know…

How many split tubs have you seen?
How many with motor bearings gone?

And although I expect all of you to say “none”, I know better. (For what it’s worth).
They were a good dryer when they had two idler pulleys. The tight gits removed them to save tuppence.

My final word is, no company produces goods to the same standards as yester-year. They are done to a cost, because NO ONE wants to pay a reasonable price for a reasonable product. I’d recommend Zanussi or Whirlpool (yet again, as long as you spend more than the budget amount on one)

I love going to peoples’ houses to repair their washing machine or dryer, see a Mercedes on the drive and see a bloody Indesit in the kitchen!!!

    IS THIS YOU?

    Hi
The contacts on the back are a test point
But you need the appropriate item to plug in
In reality you don’t need it because it’s nearly
    Always the module that’s faulty

    Hi
I did apply for trade membership but got no reply
Anyway I thought that model had a spring
You don’t take the tub out of a zanussi do you
And if you can change one on a zanussi then these
Are easy like I say 5 minuets

Keep your nominal subscription and put it towards a good machine
Buy as you would a car something reliable not something cheep
Most people spend a little on a washer and expect a lot it dos no happen that
Way. You get what you pay for spend £500 £600 and have something
That will last for years trouble free

No way. Tubs come complete. Control modules unreliable door boots. Well we have all seen the bit at the bottom missing like a dogs had a bite. Carbons have a short life what’s good
