I am afraid changing gaskets on the Zanussi Washer dryer or even the washers is not easy. You normally have to take the whole drum out to put the gasket in.

Well if I repeated it that would defeat the deletion but basically it entailed hacking into a fridge insulation which seemed a tad excessive. If you can be bothered to use the search facility you may even find the mod has already been mentioned previously

Not hacking into the insulation but to cut carefully a 2ins x 3ins
Hole and slip a new thermistor in place

Its about £12 p/no 491416, so not too bad.

What do you get for your £12 one connector that’s bad
I bet no one on here buys two kits

They do a kit but it’s just a expensive connector
And I don’t think the fridge will be as economic to run As when a thermistor is in circuit
But that’s just me thinking and it doesn’t always do
    To think

id be shocked if a bosch engineer was confused.. they are hightly trained, and the appliances are of excellent quality.. and in refrigeration are second to none

Not all of them from my experience
And the appliances aren’t that good these days
    But the prices reflects this
