I have the same model as you albeit the plus version and had the same problem with the light staying on after freezer door left open. Mine did right itself eventually, hope yours does too! 🙂

I did this in my sisters slimline dishwasher and it worked well.

I used to dis-mantle my rubik cube completely and put it back together feeling rather smug 💡
Dont do that with the washer/dryer though!!

💡 If you purchase one of the fantastic ISE10’s on the left of the screen you wont be replacing the bearings for a few years! 😀
It is a superb machine, by the way, and i dont think you will buy anything better for the money IMHO.

That exactly what i was thinking, a child could easily be blinded or injured quite badly if just a small piece of something came flying off, doesnt bear thinking about!!I didnt think much of them before but the Indesh!t name is particularly appropiate for this!!

PS – I just remembered a post on here, saying that a 18 month old was playing with the buttons on their washer before it went wrong, just imagine what couldve happened here in that situation. Makes me feel sick just thinking about it tbh :(. Shame on Indesit for not sorting this before something really bad happens 👿
