Lets hope the new element sorts things out 😀

Hi hopper,
Why not phone JL and explain your concerns. IMHO if only 2 paddles are loose then i am sure they shouldnt be. JL are very good on this sort of thing, one of the best (bigger) companies i have dealt with tbh 😀
I definately wouldnt want loose paddles in my machine i can tell you that!
Best of luck with it

:waving: Higher-water-level,
I agree that both Mieles and ISE10s are excellent, in fact I was on the brink of purchasing a Miele until i found the ISE website, but sometimes circumstances dictate, as mine did, which product was the best purchase in the long run, for me ISE10 but thats just my personal choice 🙂

ParticipantRe: Recommended Washing Machines
Hi CheekB,
The domestic Mieles i looked at are of a similar price to an ISE10, it was the after guarantee repair/parts prices that really swayed me from miele and i decided on the ise because they are built to be as easily repaired as they can be, so when the time comes i will be able to use a local engineer, hopefully the one i purchased from, if they are still in business by then 😀
I chose a top end Bosch for my mum, which is very good for the around £400 she spent on it, but i love my ISE10 😀
Best wishes,

ParticipantRe: Recommended Washing Machines
Hi cheekyB,
I have the ISE10 and it is a fantastic machine and also a very good investment even with your usage, I dont think it is overkill (overkill would be a pensioner doing one load a week like my mum!) and it would last for many more years 😀
The wash performance is better than anything i have ever used, superb tbh and it spins really dry, this morning for example i thought i hadnt put the machine on because it felt so dry, then noticed the powder was gone, so it had finished the cycle while i was out :rolls: . Its also very easy to use and keep clean 😀
Personally i wouldnt even consider a ‘top-end’ Bosch now that i have used the ISE10, i wont have that worry for a wee while now anyhow :D.
ISE’s aftersales sales service is IMO ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ and i have no hesitation in recommending the machine to any family members or friends.
Best wishes
