    Re: Zanussi ZWF1421W fault code

Thanks for reply. Recalled today and run diagnostic. Showed fault E33
(pressure switch, heater, pcb). Intermittant fault on filling (aborts sometimes during fill and sometimes over-fills and sometimes fills ok). No leaks or blocks in system. Heater functions ok on test. Will order pressure switch as pcb will kill the job.

Come across this problem a little while back. In this case the heater was down to earth sending a feed via pcb on to lock. Hope this helps

Cheers Dave, let me know the final cost and how to pay and I’ll go with that. Checked on Connect but numbers didn’t match from what I could see. This timer is TMDE812C (8313)

Thanks Dave. Haven’t got account with Masterpart. Can I order as a one off? I mainly trade with Connect and Part Centre to suit my needs.

Do you have any part numbers available or an equivalant.

    Hi Greg
Timer is the old blue and white Sankyo type TMDE812C. Didn’t get time to check circuits as when I was removing the evaporator cover to check defrost heaters etc the freezer sprang back into life.

    Re: Hitachi R826BC1 Frost-free F/F

Been to customer to confirm thermostat problem but as usual it’s working fine when I get there. Customer says it seems to be sticking in the defrost cycle and by turning the defrost timer on it comes. Could it be the defrost control stat and if so has anyone a part number.
    Thanks Rick

    Re: Whirlpool ADG7540/1

Thanks for the replies. Have checked heating circuit from the pcb connector down, all seems ok! Was thinking it maybe the pcb as it normally heats after the soap flap opens. I had dismissed the flow meter because machine fills up no problem and washes up to this point. Have visually checked pcb for any dry-joints to the heater circuit but all is well.
The readings for ntc were taken at room temp and then just warming it to hand temperature. Connect have just got these back in stock so perhaps I’ll start here.

Used to use these years ago, was never happy with them. You can order a box of two pattern with bearings from Electrue and the spiders are supplied genuine

    Re: Bosch WFD2071GB/05

Thanks for the help lads. Managed to get the tub split by making up some thin steel wedges tapped under the clasps to open up the barbs. Bearings same size as Hotpoint 95/WM ,found matching seal in my ‘come in handy’ box. Will fit extra screws around tub to save me stripping it down again should it leak!!!:D
    Thanks again
