Thanks for the reply Jem. I will look into that. I did check for continuity from the motor plug to the board.
The part was from Connect and I did question them if there was more than one version. Obviously they said there’s only one version and I’ve since come across DC92-00235G which is out of stock. Looks like a refurbished one is the way to go.

If the wiring and plug are good, check the insulation on both dryer and wash elements.

Have you tried checking the dryer ntc and the wiring to it.

    Hello All,
I have the same problem. The machine intermittently stalled during the program with the motor beginning to judder. I replaced the top mounted pcb. The problem seems worse. The motor is juddering and not just intermittently. I refitted the original pcb and the motor runs fine albeit for a while.

Cheers Dave. I did suspect display board. Removed the connecting wires and refit. Removed display board and cleaned the touch pads but with the same outcome.
I guess it’s the display board then. Hotpoint say obsolete??
Many thanks for the info though.

I’ve left customer to try a full load on a sensor dry cycle and then timed. Thanks Dave

Returned to machine today. Checked continuity to electrode from pcb plug and all good. Cleaned electrode. Checked drum is earthed and ok. Still the same problem though. It runs for about 10 mins with regulating heat on and off. Then back to 1 min and stops. Tested on timed dry for 1 hour and it completed and dried ok. Could it be heater ntc or even pcb??

Ah, thanks Dave. I did see that and wondered but no picture. Is that front panel off to access?

I might be a bit late for this one. Check both spray arms for damage/splitting. I’ve had a couple recently with the same problem. The water sprays out of the splits in bucket loads and the door seals can’t cope with the amount of water being sprayed.

Maddocks have a compatible chrome handle 19-BS-37 or genuine white handle 00751788.

Thanks Dave, I’m always getting mixed up with ADG/ADP.
I’ll give the test program a go and see if that sheds any light.

Re: Whirlpool ADG720WH 6th Sense dishwasher

    Thanks for the info.
I think it’s slightly different though.
The model is definitely ADG720WH (8511 570 15023) freestanding dishwasher.
It has a center rectangular display, four buttons to the left, four to the right and the pulsing circular 6th sense led below the center display.
Does it sound like it’s in demo mode?

Re: Neff B15E54N0GB/01 oven no heat

Thanks for your help. It pointed me in the right direction. Pressing the ‘i’ button for 3 sec and then the ” button for 4 secs done the trick. How the old boy managed to get the oven in this mode I don’t know but he did admit to pressing any buttons he could see. :rolls:

Thanks Dave, Funny enough I have just been reading it on Neff’s site. Will try the ‘i’ button procedure on page 23.
