ive checked everything, the strange thing on mine is when you activate flood mode nothing runs ,just tap light flashes,
ive been told could be just under warranty but would be nice to know

cheers for that but it doesnt sound right as ive heard these , the old servis used to do it when they had a faulty pcb/interlock i believe they used to fire the valve for a split second. on dry the split second it is firing wouldnt let enough water through i wouldnt have thought, any reason as to why the clothes where badly singed? i could only think over loading and maybe getting stuck near vent ?

having a nightmare with this one been back and forwards with connect and a mate checked 0800 and apparently the part number is correct but its no where near the correct hose, at the minute they have a loan machine but id like to see the back of this one!

the numbers on the hose itself are 284562 which google search brought up an ebay listing which i ordered but when it arrived it was nothing like the pic which is the exact hose i need so back to square 1 .

any advice appreciated as im getting no where

hi thats what i thought but doubtful as was done by a kitchen company on a student refurb, im sure it had a moulded plug on, im going back to see if i can piggy back an earth from compressor electrics and screw to the compressor mounting plate/chassis which should then bond the whole chassis.

thanks for that, turns out its only 3 months old so under warranty but i managed to speak to a hotpoint engineer who confirmed the change heater as fluff build up but also change pcb as that goes faulty as well,i priced the bits up and probably would have been ber ! due to cost
