they done this to me a few months ago,totally out of the blue as id wasted half a day on training on the portal with them all jobs bar 2 up to date the other 2 where parts on back order. No explanation just restructuring! luckily it wasnt a massive part of the business but seemed very strange?
We covered the indesit/hotpoint stuff for them when they needed us and we completed maybe 75 jobs and they even rang us to thank us for all the hard work!
I still get phone calls from repeat customers of DAG who have been given another companies number now whose lead time is 7 days to book a call!
The amount of unhappy customers and recalls from the other company we done for them is unbelieveable as they seem not to repair or diagnose anything properly then the cust will not let them back out so we ended up sorting it.
Then this letter drops in and thats that!
Be very warey of DAG.

most common one i get is new tennants move in and oven wont work, ask if they have set the timer which the reply is yes and you get there and it was the timer after all!!
ive had this twice last week and both calls where landlord wanted quote only.
ive also had 2 last week where they have put a pan or plate back in the cupboard and turned the appliance off!

pressure switch was my thought as well but ive never seen the fault before. ill update when its sorted

hi thanks for the reply it doesnt pump and fill just pump constantly and ive inspected the pcb and cant find any blows!? he said everything came out hot but thought it was normal!

thanks for the replies,yeah pulled machine out as it was close to the units and also tried with baskets out and still the same.ill have a loo at that hinge piece

hi yeah heater is checking ok and also the ntc is not open or short circuit and is moving when warmed up.i would normally try one in but didnt have one on me.its strange that it didnt do it before the pcb was fit.
