    It would mean that heat is being generated by an arcing component. Could have been the wire crimp loose or the component itself.

    Which breaker trips? Plug sockets(short) or RCD (Earth leakage)?

    Should the drain pump run all the time the dryer is drying? This one seems to suddenly spurt out a load of water into standpipe drain every so often.

    When I receive the faxed deposit slip, I will forward it to our accounts Dept who in turn will then check with the bank to confirm the deposit in South Africa. (This is a lengthy process – +/- 14 days + Air Mail can take up to 10 business days, depending on destination!) Once they have confirmed the deposit, I will mail the part to you by Air Parcel Post (including Insurance).

    Ah Called out yesterday appears she has been reading a book written by an American doctor that says tumble dryer belts have asbestos in them unless they are made in America and the fridges/freezers leak freon gas which can make people in the house ill. Inspected freezers R134/R600 gas and indesit dryer is G71V. Book is a bit extremist.
    TD is in the kids bedroom. Explained the damp/ fluff may be more of a concern.

    I got paid for doing this 😯

    Had already had washer fitted so just fitted new shaft and belt. De lint city though. Filled carrier bag and hoover.

    Got an IS60V to do tomorrow with snapped belt and snapped shaft. Am armed with thicker seals and pad conversion kit and washer. is this correct? Or should i replace the drum as well?
