Nothing received as yet, twice this week I have chasers for completion of two outstanding calls, on both occasions told them they are on stop for non payment of account they then lost all interest in conversation ❓

ParticipantRe: Siemens/ Bosch motor end cap
Is the end cap assembly or overload housing on motor number 141344 available as a separate spare?
No end frame is listed for this motor, I always use end frame from earlier model without any problems.
Part no. 496872 retail price £31.00+vat

AIS has been bought by JTM this afternoon.
Any AIS agents received payments for last couple of months? has any body had any official confirmation of take over in writing?, have spoken to JTM earlier this week, sniffy woman very disinterested said all agents have received letter, NOT ME.
Is this about to be another Homark-Caremark-Bernstein situation?

ParticipantA quick thank you
Just a quick thank you to Rob for the training day in Norwich recently, very informative, information gained has been passed to customers almost daily. as you said it impresses them when you have the information ‘on tap’ to solve almost all of their washing / dishwashing problems.
Again many thanks

ParticipantRe: Bosch Fridge freezer – KGV-2604-GB/05
Both sensors are in the refrigerator section, one is for air temperature control the other (the one that fails) is for fridge evaporator defrost temperature control, hence when it fails the control module will not turn the compressor on.
There is no control whatsoever on the freezer temperature, it has been calculated in the design that when the fridge is at +5 the temperature in freezer should be minimum of -18.
This appliance must be installed in a room temperature of at least +12 or that can also give problems with compressor run times.
There has been much discussion about the sensor bypass in other postings in this forum, use the search facility to find it

ParticipantRe: Bosch d/w heater failures
I have fitted many of these heaters over the last twelve months, for the last three months i have quizzed the customers and find that all have regually used or always use 3 or 4 in one tablets with no salt in water softener.
I personally think this is more likely to be the reason for failure.
Interestingly I have never had to replace an element that I have previously replaced where the customer is now using seperate detergent – salt – rince aid.

Are these holes drilled all the way through the fan blade
they are drilled right through the fan blade, six if I remember correctly approx 5mm dia., (too cold to go and look in the van right now)
