Thanks for the advise.
Customer was asked if filter had been checked before booking appointment.
Called on Weds, found customer out, rang him later in day,his wife had checked f ilter couple of days before fault, then washed rubber backed dog’s blanket had rechecked filter after booking call found it full of rubber backing!!!

So fridge has 2 faults . Would PCB cure this?
Is the ice covering the back wall in a full rectangle of same thickness? If not could be internal leak of refrigerant.
Best way to check is to completely defrost then switch back on for 15 mins, then press back wall of fridge section looking for any spongyness, any sign of movement of plastic back wall indicated a leak in the internal pipework, a fairly common fault with these second only to the sensor fault.Regards
