    The model number is SGV4313GB/13

Also, I’ve got the broken part and have found that the bright red pieces inside the arm are loose which I’m thinking means there is an absence of a spring to hold the clips in place. What do you think ?

No spring, the red piece is meant to “float”. If you’re trying to attach the spray arm to the feeder tube at the rear, then you’re barking up the wrong tree 😉

The arm attaches directly to the top basket. There is a clip that fastens to the rear of the basket and a tonge that holds it to the centre of the basket.

    HTH.

Don’t think you’ll find many of these GoGo’s in pumps. My two have loads of ’em and they’re a bit big to drop down into sumps etc 🙁

As Helo said, you need a refrigeration system engineer, with specialist kit to do this job.

    Not a DIY job.

    Eh ???
There is a W/D that is a Smeg, brought in as an interim measure.

Never been a Hoover one, thats a Teknic.

AFAIK there is no freestander from China.

IIRC, no need to touch the pulley at all.

I assume you mean the small belt

Remove front fan, wiring to motor and “handle” that holds it in place, note the position of the motor BTW.

Then everything pulls out towards the back. Nice and easy job really.

“h” normally means plate is warm

    “H” means plate hot.

Does it still work ?. May not even be a fault. I’d ask her to dig out the instruction book.

The actual plate that the suppressor sits on will unclip from the rear. No need to remove any panels at all.

AFAIK there is only one version.
