    Cheers for all your replys.
    Turns out Indesit have been out to m/c 4 times since new and they did not want to know even thought m/c two weeks out of warranty.He has had it with Indesit.
    Have got him a Bosch slimline.

    No lights flashing.
    when program selected that light comes on,when reset all lights go out.

    zanussi d/w rinse aid dispenser leaking onto wiring harness and catching light!
    during the late 80,s and early 90,s all the models had to be visited,checked and modified if faulty.
    was a good overtime earner!

    was a baumatic service engineer for 4 years and know this model well.
    if you remove water from base a leave to dry the m/c may well spring back into life!
    if not a new pcb will be needed.
    also why was the base full of water?
    there have been a number of mods for this range to stop this happening.
