Bit of an ameture theory if that is it on lee’s behalf!

CDSL don’t advertise their accounts, they are filed at Companies House annually by law! All of which is public information.

I just think lee has some sort of kick out of seeing his fellow trade members suffering rate cuts etc & for some reason finds it ammusing & is trying to keep the thread ‘Active’ for his own ammusment.

I’d be deeply embarrassed if posts of mine were split from a very serious thread, lee’s reaction is a ‘ 😆 ‘… Says it all really.

Re: NESN Again (The 2010 Thread)

The ‘This correct as I wrote this note’ indicates to me, that he doesn’t have 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} confidence in what he’s saying is still going to be factual in ‘X’ time!

However, IMO, Bernard must have had some sort of re-assurances today to post that, as he & Repaircare would look very silly and ill-informed if it turns out true about NESN, Hoover, Rangemaster etc…

I suppose all will reveal itself in the coming weeks 🙂

Agreed. That’s why I’ve made the decision to put MY terms to Repaircare regarding DSG work from 1st October 2010. Rate reductions, same service expected…? Think not!

Can you imagine the response Bosch would get from their ‘Approved Car Garages’ if they said they were cutting the warranty rate, but the whole car is to be guaranteed after an exhaust change… 1x Swear word comes to mind with ‘Off’ at the end of it!

I’m hoping my relationship with Repaircare continues, but something seriously needs fixing. And I might just be one replaceable guy from Cardiff, but I refuse to keep doing high volume calls, that are not profitable, without re-negotiation.

If DSG are doing deals with other WP’s, that are paying better rates, why arn’t Repaircare asking WHY? And more to the point, why are Repaircare accepting a bad deal compared to other parties?

Repaircare said to us, you have to accept the new DSG rates to keep getting the other Repaircare contracts… Are DSG not doing to Repaircare, what Repaircare said we couldn’t do to them? I.e, giving Repaircare the low rate stuff, and profitable stuff to another WP?

An all confused Adrian Welke, Beech Appliances Ltd!

    Re: DSG/RepairCare Rate Cuts

I was also told about Hoover Candy, another high volume contract not awarded to Repaircare if this does turn out to be the case!

One still has a little faith that Repaircare will pull something out of the hat to compensate for the rate cut as originally expected…

If not, I hope that Repaircare management are acting appropriately and are asking DSG just what is going on (Written in a polite way!)! After reducing rates and upsetting almost all their network, high volume contracts going elsewhere does not instill confidence!
