So when will agreed prices show up when items are ordered online.The price charged to me are the increased prices even when orderd on the phone.It would have been nice if ,when i placed the order,they could have said ,due to new system we can not give you those prices anymore.
Is it now policy that we all pay exactly the same price,no matter what we spend.When i first joined Qualtex,some prices were agreed and had a fixed price.I have now stopped ordering.Is it even legal that fixed prices can be sent and charged for at an increased price ,without informing the customer.Re: Qualtex on line ordering?
Well £8000 to 40,000 is not alot if they end up with 10 lost customers spending 5000-10,000 pa

Also i have moved to masterpart.I bought all spares from Qualtex the last year and no one has even been in touch about prices or why the orders have suddenly stopped.

How do scrap metal merchants comply with regulations.They take white goods and refrigeration etc

They have lost me.I have lost the special prices that i had fixed on the old system.Seems now that it is one price for all
