ours is G9B and is RIDICULOUS!!!
Entry level washing machines had jumped upto excell prices.
Complained to rep, said there is a problem with audits. He came back yesterday and re submitted his audit. The results will be in next week……………………

Doesn’t sound good to me. I got persuaded to start doing jobs for them in January. Completed a dozen or so inspections and instalations. Did a few more in Febuary, then middle of the month the jobs dried up. Spoke to Julian and he told me the “insurance companies” where with holding payment so they would not be taking on any more white goods work. He assured me we would still be paid though.
I have phoned a couple of times this morning, to chase payment for January and the phone just rings out………………………….

On the same theme. Commonly get called to a “bosch”, get to the above mnentioned type of property and find it’s a……………………………………BUSH (Argos cheap c#*p!)

Having the same problem with a 625. Put a module on, now won’t do anything. Put old module back on, the machine reverts to fault.
Some one must have a idea?????!!!!???

Just an update. Sent the “thief” a letter, called at his address half a dozen times at various times but could never catch them (also to check they still lived at the address). Started procedings through moneyclaim.gov, paid all the appropriate fees (totaling £145 if i remember correctly). Court letters where sent, finaly ending last week with balifs calling. Recieved a letter from the court stating house was unoccupied. Called at the house yesterday, new tennant just moving in. The scumbag had done a flit owing the landlord and god knows who!!!

I have a machine with exactly the same fault. Sent board to EMW, came back as repaired (won’t tell me what the fault is, and they have returned a different board to what I sent) and still get the same fault. Only difference I have is that I can select the options. Still the display board??
