    Ref getting lid off, simply lever the rear lugs with a flatblade s/driver and the lid will come off with ease 😀

    Normaly ice builds up around evaporator fans, switch off and defrost for a good 24-36 hours with door left open(in warm enviroment) should sort it out.

    Can get blocked in the sump hose (hose from drum to pump filter) or if your machine drain hose is connected to your sink waste it can get blocked there. Power off if going in machine

    Fault f5 :Normaly machine is not empying, check your filter at bottom of machine

    This will be fine as the machine will have “transit bolts” or other packing suporting the drum keeping it ridgid. these are removed as per instruction book before use

    On wool wash the drum tumbles at 90 rpm. The idea is the garments stick to the drum and do not rub together like on a normal wash.

    these machines suffer from a bad solder joint on the pcb (heater relay) and can be repaired by re-soldering the bad joint

    If the compressor runs for a few seconds then goes click, it is normaly the compressor that is faulty, would need an engineer to confirm this as could be a faulty relay/ptc unit but unlikly

    your machines are in “demo” mode, to deactivate press start/cancel button until all leds illuminate then press start cancel and on/off at the same time until “d off” is displayed, your machine will then fuction normaly
