Reading whiterthanwhites comments regarding Sterling would suggest otherwise. You don’t need to justify to me, l have no interest in and am not a client of ISE or any other business those directors are involved in, if l was though, l would be a bit concerned.

I’m not accusing, but he states ISE site states that Sterling was used to lodge funds, when Sterling was approached they stated they have no knowledge of, or involvement in, the provision of any warranties.

That is perfectly normal business practice is it?

Sterling were never, ever asked to provide a warranty. Probably because, as they rightly state, that’s not what they do or have ever done. They probably didn’t know and didn’t care what the account was used for.

You and others are reading something into this that is not there, was never there, was never promised and is purely a figment of the reader’s imagination.

Or that perhaps the spin put on it suits the agenda of simply stirring the pot because whoever is a bit hacked off.

That’s a slightly ridiculous comment. Actually no, that is a really dumb response. But hey, kinda not unexpected from you. My point being if l’m recommending a product to clients and the main USP is a 10 yr warranty, promoted by the brand on the website, to then find the business has gone tips up, the warranty useless and the company quoted on the site has no knowledge of & does not have that facility within its business, I’d be pretty pissed.

So the quote is incorrect. Sterling was never mentioned on the ISE website. If so maybe it should be made clear that that comment is factually incorrect or ask the poster to retract it as it’s incorrect.

If you find the original posters rant about his ISE product you will see he wasn’t the most approachable person and in fact deliberately went out of his way telling miss truths to deliberately tarnish ISE’s name because he couldn’t get what he wanted.

I have seen no evidence the original OPs quote is factual correct whatsoever yet you initially jump on it being correct, introduce the use of the word fraud in what appears to be a grudge against ISE and Ken personally.

I think you should leave the topic alone Lee8, you have said elsewhere you have nothing to do with the Brand neither selling not repairing it so why comment further if you can add nothing to the discussion but your usual self defecating rhetoric which only bores us all.
