    Re: Samsung RL52VPBIH Not cooling

    Hi

Samsung don’t give out ANY tech concerning the board contents.

If it works on forced run then the speed won’t change until it comes back out of FR and to be honest unless your sitting there waiting for the change which could take hours then we as engineers do not have that luxury. On forced run does the fridge get cold ?
does the freezer ? when put into forced defrost does it end the defrost correctly ?.

As we cannot physically see it its a guessing game.

    Hi

No need to replace the oven as it’s probably only going to need the clock / timer bypassed which is a 10 minute job.

    Hi

The cover over the main pub has the error codes either on it or below it. every thing that should be happening is so it could be restricted or a stuck diverter valve.

Re: Are any Tumble driers safe from Fire ??????????

The most recent ‘heat pump system’ dryer has lessened the chances of fire as they don’t use open wire coiled heating elements.

But in real life if the person needs or wants a tumble drier these aren’t suitable as they only reach approx 40oc and take ages to dry.

The users don’t understand them and repeatedly report non heating faults and can’t get their head round the use of them.

    Hi

Probably a graded appliance but also could have been an ex Brighthouse appliance. If the latter then you can guarantee that it wasn’t looked after and run into the ground.

It’s all about dealing with water pipe. You should double check things around it.

Re: Recommend a heat pump dryer

    Hi

These driers are designed to only heat to approx 40oc. So if you are expecting or need a fast dry time then its not worth it.

Re: Cannon C60GTCF main oven problem

    Hi Jane

At a quest it is either the ignition generator and or the ignition candle. If the ignition candle does not heat up or sense heat then it does not send a signal back saying that its alight and will continue to ignite.
