More likely that it hasn’t been plumbed in correctly and leaving a drop and rise on the waste hose. thats what is the normal cause.

At the first point it would be yourself as the customer is purchasing from you not the manufacturer. But bear in mind that this is a business to business sale which makes a BIG difference to their rights against you. It’s not classed as a normal consumer purchase.

You may find that the fuse will blow again due to the failure of the ice solenoid.I’m 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure that this will be your fault.

Your more likely to find that the ice solenoid has burnt out and this causes the mains fuse to blow. the solenoid will need replacing also as the coil melts and will cause a failure of the fuse again and will also stop you choosing crush/ice cube.

How do you know that that one was the correct one.. As I have stated there are about 8 different ones dependent on the 16 digit product/serial number.You are not guaranteed the correct one without this information as they are different. We hold most of them in stock.

Dependent on the product and serial number there is approx 6-8 different versions of board required on this machine.It maybe better to get a complete new board. will need the 16 digit number tho to confirm board.

We was booking of some 2 weeks ahead but caught up again but normally within 4 days dependent on contract and area they are in.
