It’s my intention to convert this chest freezer into a chest fridge. Any idea how much an electrician will charge to convert a freezer to a fridge?
Erm.. Why ?
Most will take a long while to rust.
It should just be a matter of changing the stat as long as nothing touches the walls.

I say your problem is the pump. My colleague Bryan is convinced it is the heater. I sit and wait meanwhile the further developments with interest

Thats what we thought at first but after 6 months of doing GIAS work direct and tech I think tech will win.
Also your appliance has a maximum repair cost of £119 including all parts & labour if done through hoover/candy

I noted that NationalAppCare posted about credit checks using Experian, we do regularly check all of our larger accounts, using various credit referencing agency’s however nothing negative was shown for GLG

Just doing a credit check on one company won’t normally if using the free versions..BUT they had adverse for months before they stopped and then if you had looked deeper you would have seen a pattern with the said directors.They are also linked to several other companies that haven’t been mentioned yet.
GLG has this year had 8 unsatisfied CCJ(s) at a cost of £13,815 The last unsatisfied CCJ was issued on 01 May 2014
And the striking off notice was suspended on the 02 May.And Laura Heron has 5 directorships under the director number for that she is registered under with GLG.

It looks like you’ve got the wrong element.Yes the new element has a ntc fitted but if yours does not have the connection then it wouldn’t be used.
The correct part should be 41021737.

As advised the defrost heater or thermal fuse will normally be at fault but it’s a rare model as not many was sold in the UK of this model and it has a different heater and evap cover to the RS21.

It seems that you may have fitted the incorrect element and the board will throw up a error 3 & 16 when the heater isn’t performing either with low or high resistance.
What was the part number you fitted and also the product/serial number of your machine ? It is a 16 digit number starting normally 31

Replace the clapped out pump I would suggest because clearly it works one minute then not the next. If the drainage system is clear as a whistle and you get this problem it has to be the problem. Pumps are only good for 3 yrs on average anyway and with all the limescale it’s had to endure in that time I’m not surprised it’s playing up

Delivery will take it into your kitchen..Don’t pay for installation as it’s not work it. Make sure you leave it standing for a minimum of 12 hours before switching on.
