    Re: samsung rs2028css problems

    Hi

The problem will be somewhere on the defrost system. either heater, sensor, thermal fuse. you will most probably need to replace the front panel also.

Better idea is to replace all if your not sure how to test each and every component.

We can supply or you can buy kits all over the place.

    Hi

It could be the switch assembly, clock ass, thermal cut out but there is a break in the model so the serial number will be needed.
The majority of the spares are still available.
Where about in the country are you ?

    Not for me.

sold loads and had no issues with them as yet and profit margins are good.

    Hi

So you’ve got a 5 burner dual fuel range cooker.

There isn’t a lot that can cause this. You are mentioning it cuts out then stays on. The model that you have supplied is a electric oven.
Do you mean the gas hob doesn’t stay lit ?.

What is the serial number for your cooker. there will be 18 digits long 35904127 ????????

    Hi

More likely that the defrost drain is blocked. Defrost the freezer fully for 48Hrs and then at the rear of the appliance in the centre just above the water collection container on top of the compressor you will see a black piece of rubber pull it off and leave off. This rubber gets sticky and stops the water from draining away.
