Re: ISE 10 leak from soap drawer

I know some powders are not good in washing machine drawer but this customer is using Persil. Not what I’d call a crap powder! So back to the drawing board.

Re: ISE 10 leak from soap drawer

Hi Guys, been out to this machine today and water and soap residue clearly visible on front of machine from under drawer, down to base of machine via door aperture.
Customer hardly using any powder and washing machine valve (tap type) turned down to lessen water flow, which is not high. Machine only 4 months old and had a complete drawer fitted in December.
Anyone else had this, and cured problem?

    MIELE EL200 D PCB

There are post in the forums about this, but thought it would be helpful here.
Fault after switching on a program, rinse light flashes indicating no spin/motor fault.
Find the small round reddish brown fuse, if o/c chances are orange relay contacts are
welded together. Change both and should be good to go. Cost of repair to board approx £8-10.
Parts from http://www.farnell.co.uk Relay Part No.1629053. Fuse Part No. 1596442

Hi Steve, I had the boards out, but no visible signs of damage. Not to say a component has not failed.

Thanks Martin, could the door lock be part of the problem too? Would that stop the start button from flashing?

    Thanks

I know the stains thing is a different issue Ken, but the leaking from the drawer is a problem. Customer assures me she does not use a lot of washing powder. Have booked a service call for next Monday so will check powder being used etc.

Hi Guys, I have the same problem with a W256 installed in October. Fitted complete drawer and reduced water pressure to machine in November. Customer back on phone today same problem. Also complaining of stains on washing.

    Re: Subscription Renewal

Hi Tracey, can you tell me what is happening regarding renewal certificates and receipts. I paid my renewal on 24/09/2012 by BACS but have had no receipt or renewal documents. I have contacted WTA before and was told that there had been a delay and it would be dealt with soon. That was months ago.

    Thank you

    Re: Centrica(ScottishGas) Registered Contractor Offer

I have to say Ken that my experience so far has been similar. I’ve forked out albeit £25 of my money because they wanted a disclosure scotland certificate. All correspondence has been by e-mail apart from an attempted appointment with me half an hour prior to a visit(at dinner time 6 pm), and when I said it was inconvenient, he said ok, see you next year and hung up. I was not impressed.
