Hi all,

Just to report that ‘Plastic Surgeons’ have attended, and although the scrapes are just visable in some lights, the customer is over the moon and very pleased with the outcome. She also had no end of praise for Dan who attended to sort it out. Having saved the cost of replacing a Side by side fridge freezer, we are also somewhat over the moon 😀

We are very happy to reccomend Plastic Surgeons if you do have a little accident – a great company to deal with – I spoke to several people there, and they all had the same positive, profeeional attitude!

It fits both ways, but if you need the lid off, look above the door lock hook – remove pin from grey block & slide back

Sorry, bit of a communication breakdown – Eng requested lower oven element, but wanted the FAN element for the lower oven!

Thanks for the quick response – the engineer is still sure the element has both tails running together and ending up at one side – ths one shows the tails at either side – is it compatable? (or has our guy not looked closely enough!)
