    Thanks Dave, I’ve ruled our motor now must be the board.
    I’ve not had problems with motor triacs before on Bosch machines.

    Yes Seamy heater the heater I fitted had an NTC and a resettable cut out. Cut out is now tripping.

    Yes Qualtex are adamant that’s the correct seal but as you can see from photos it’s different.
    I’m wondering if someone has changed the drum for a slightly different one at some point ?

    Customer has unplugged and waited for door to open. Machine is now completely dead.

    He’s had the facia off to change the selector. I’ll check ribbon cable and board connections..

    Will do thanks Martin. The customer states he changed the selector because ” it was doing strange things and going on the wrong setting”
