Personally if I don’t think a repair is worth it then I won’t do it, may mean losing a bit of money in the short term but customers like the honesty

At a guess I’d say although it looks clean there may still be gunge in the conditioner holes. You could get a piece of thin hose and put it over the holes then blow down to try and clean, if not replace the dispenser top

No offence intended :). Yes Martin have checked the connections, will take a look at board but got a feeling they aren’t the sort to mess around and will probably rush out and replace it over the weekend

Possibly a blocked drain pump. When you start a cycle see if you can hear a feint humming noise at the bottom

Lost count of the number of these I’ve had to refit. Agree with Martin on this that the buttons are being pressed too hard. Not much of a job to refit unless you broken the plastic clips

Sorry that’s what I meant. It’s whether the landlord knew that the agent was sending someone out in the first place. Oh well just have to see, most of my work is generated by letting agents and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem. May have to take it on the chins 🙂
