If it only does it during drain and doesn’t go on to fill/heat pump then I’d be looking closely at pump. Possibly drawing too much current

Agents I’ve worked with for years get a little more patience but new ones I tend to be tougher with. Annoying thing is I could condemn an appliance and send in a call out fee, they pay up front to John Lewis or whoever to get a new one but make me wait a monthRe: How much credit to extend to work providers?
It’s a tough one, for me especially this time of year 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of my work is for lettings. If it wasn’t for them I’d probably go under, I just try having friendly chats with them rather than being too formal with letters, emails etc. At one point last year I was owed over £1500 from various agents which was ridiculous.

Just an update, looks like it was coming from the sump, tightened the screws slightly and has been on numerous long hot washes

A good friend of ours had one which I said to register, she called me saying she smelt a little burning so I went round and told her to contact whirlpool straight away, their reaction was its ok to use so long as it’s not left unattended!!!!!!

No way has that happened on its own. Looks almost like it was trying to be levered out to clean maybe

In addition to what Martin said if you see any spotting on the backplate then I wouldn’t bother going any further as the backplate probably has had it

On the same topic how do you guys react when customers insist on taking shoes/boots off.
I carry shoe covers, but some insist I take them off, am happy to do that until I get to their kitchen but have to put them back on to work on appliance.
On one I said without boots on I’m not looking at their machine and they got quite funny with me.
