Put the threat of court action in the last letter, trouble is I think she assumes because of the small amount I won’t go through with it. I’m like a dog with a bone now.

Just had a similar one, cheque returned to me by bank, I texted and left voicemail, she rang me and said she would pop cash around that evening ( only lives a couple hundred yards away )
Nothing turned up. Have now sent 2 letters about 4 texts and voicemails and she is not returning calls. It’s only a relatively small amount and I’m assuming she thinks I won’t pursue it WRONG, it’s now a matter of prideRe: Hoover Logic 1200 A3786

The vat rules completely confuse me to be honest, a friend of mines runs a luxury patisserie. As everything he sells is cold goods he doesn’t have to charge vat, obviously being vat registered for him is great
