    Re: Coldplay

Lol. Have always been my favourite group bar none
Freddie in my opinion is the best singer/entertainer that has ever graced a stage.

Put the threat of court action in the last letter, trouble is I think she assumes because of the small amount I won’t go through with it. I’m like a dog with a bone now.
Probably only way to make certain in future would be to get customer to sign a terms and conditions invoice before work, but who is really going to do that

Just had a similar one, cheque returned to me by bank, I texted and left voicemail, she rang me and said she would pop cash around that evening ( only lives a couple hundred yards away )
Nothing turned up. Have now sent 2 letters about 4 texts and voicemails and she is not returning calls. It’s only a relatively small amount and I’m assuming she thinks I won’t pursue it WRONG, it’s now a matter of pride

Sounds like your boss is stuck in the dark ages, the whole point is to ask questions when your not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain on something
Hopefully the answers on here will help. Good luck

Blimey talk about throwing parts at it. Could be just worn motor brushes which would take ten minutes

Had exactly the same in a blocked dishwasher, just didn’t feel right then my hands started getting warm. Spent next 10 mins rinsing under a cold tap
First time I think I’ve ever sworn in front of a customer

    Re: vat

The vat rules completely confuse me to be honest, a friend of mines runs a luxury patisserie. As everything he sells is cold goods he doesn’t have to charge vat, obviously being vat registered for him is great

Customers see this “free mod” why would they then pay to have it serviced. I too have completely stopped repairing them until mod is done
