ParticipantI dont envy your job Ken, as a new DASA member I have attended the last two meetings and quite frankly the whole thing needs a f****** good shake up.
It is like something out of the dark ages.I agree with its aims etc and we need its support to launch the network on, but I think the man at the top is badly out of touch.
If this attitude remains, they will not attract new members never mind new business for us 😥
It took me three years to become a member! and it was only my persistance chasing them and Kevins assistance that resulted in me parting with nearly £700. Nice work if you can get it!

ParticipantThey have been on stop for the last month! Like Kevin, they keep sending work and requesting updates.
Last week they sent a young lady to update our system, she was there all day!
This has got to be the worst work provider I have ever worked for!

ParticipantI have been waiting for a payment of about 20k from NESN, when I checked my bank account a payment for 4k had been made!
When I contacted the accounts dept I was told that they had settled my Willow Vale account in full on my behalf 12.5k!
I gave no authorisation for that transaction and I am bloody fuming that they can spend my money without my authorisation!
Have any other members had similar treatment?

Excellent idea Gentlemen,
Count me in, I am also ready to opt out of that very labour intensive contract that we all love so much!
I think MFI is just for starters, any suggestions for main course and desert?
