    Re: Gorenje WDI 63113

    Tachogenerator failure, motor blocked
    – The wash programme is stopped for 120 seconds
    – The error counter starts counting
    – If the error counter counts 3 faults the error code F08 is displayed
    – When the stop time is exceeded the programme begins again
If the error does not occur in the next 20 seconds the error counter is reset. The programme stops (in any
instance) and starts again in the same position. If the error occurs in the spin phase the programme will
start the whole spin sequence again from the start.
This error returns to the initial conditions if the error is reset.

It will either be a Hoover or a Beko. If you have the serial number and product number I can help.

You have to replace the rear drum assembly complete with bearings.

Is that not the drum where you have to cut the lugs off to separate them and then you get a set of bolts with the tub seal to screw it back together?

Chances are there is something stuck in the fan or the fan is loose on the motor shaft.

I sell lots of Gorenje, and do their warranty work and I think they’re a very decent appliance. And with the 5 year parts and labour warranty you can’t go wrong.

    Re: Bhwd129 error code

    Hi Jim,

It is 1,3,& 4 lit and it says it’s a dryer heat fault but this error is coming up randomly on the wash cycle. I seem to remember something about the dryer thermistor on Hotpoint and Indesit washer dryers causing weird faults. Are these models prone to this?
