    They are listed on the parts list, higher up along with other parts and described as a complete door.

    Seems to be listed as part of a complete door assembly part no.XMO200910120001 at a ridiculously high price

    Yes, I have had the same problem. It was caused by absent mindedness and the weight of the machine. I had to order a new meter too!
