My point is that isn’t Connects fault so why should they take the parts back?
What is to stop anyone going out to an appliance with no idea of any fault finding, ordering motor,pcb, pressure switch, door lock, valves and trying them all until it works and then returning all the other parts.

I think you’ll find most suppliers will charge a restocking fee, that’s if they will take them bak at all!!
You ordered them and they were what you asked for. Why do you think they should take them back ? and for no charge?

Hi Jazz, Are you self employed or employed?
I am self employed and have refused to carry out this service on the grounds that I don’t have time and am not a “cleaner”. I have seen no drop off on repairs since doing so.
If you are employed then it’s a bit more tricky.
