Can we agree a date for this meeting before my diary fills?

It seems May the 14th,21st or 28th is being suggested and at the moment I am free on all these dates but I know shortly I am going to be hounded for doing some Scuba class instructing so the sooner we can decide the better.

Other than the Qualtex man being there is there much more to discuss until we know the outcome of the meeting about the COP?

Is there any benefit in having it early, so soon after the previous one or would Mid May be better when there may be more on the agenda?
