ParticipantHi mate,
So if its “pulsing three times as normal” I would be checking the drain pump or for a blockage.
Its unlikely to be the PCB if its getting power to the drain pump and its pulsing as normalboselecta
Participanthmmm, isn’t this the machine where the wires that go to the front dry thermostat always break inside the tight bonding that their wrapped in causing this no heat fault?
They have updated the wiring loom to this front thermostat for this reason

ParticipantOrdered parts from Qualtex and Maddocks on Friday morning last week.
Maddocks parts turned up the next day on Saturday.
It’s now Thursday and I’m still waiting for the Qualtex delivery which I’m told will be todayI haven’t used Qualtex for ages as their delivery time is so poor.
I thought I’d try them again but I’m regretting it!The lesson here is don’t use Qualtex for customer repairs!, to replenish van stock maybe.
Impossible to believe now but for years and years I used to use them exclusively as my only supplier!, times have changed but I would quickly be out of business if I used them now!

ParticipantHi Dave,
Yes Its strange the QER website has no contact numbers to query if they repair a particular board before we send it off.
Never had any real problems with QER but I never found they were as fast as EMW with their return deliveries which were sent first class.

Not quite the same service from EMW but where else do we go?

ParticipantYes what a shame they have ceased trading, got a letter through the post today.
A big thanks to the guys at EMW from me!.
I made some good money from their repairs, always charged over £100 pounds labour for module repairs.
Fitted a reconditioned Zanussi washer dryer display module last week charged £225, repaired part was only £39.90, too cheap in my opinion, they should have charged more!.

ParticipantI don’t normally give technical advice on the public forums but what you need my friend is a carpenter or at least someone capable of cutting a piece of wood to cover the cavity left by the single oven.
You may be able to buy a single kitchen cabinet unit from B&Q and adapt it to fill the gap!¡Buen suerte amigo!

Participant6 months parts and labour.
I ‘ve been grateful it was only 6 months, recently had a customer trying to get a new Beko fan element nearly a year later despite thrashing it every day with 4 kids.
Replaced a new one for her, just hope it lasts more than 6 months againboselecta
ParticipantI’ve got one on the van if you still need it.
