the pnc is wrong 91400312000 is what it should be the fault code EC2 is turbiity sensor faulty= turbitity sensor faulty,wiring faulty,mainboard faulty would start at sensor

check that the fan at the back of the freezer isnt jammed with ice common problem with newer models bit of a fiddle to check though

yes it is small cylindrical spinner have checked rubber mountings all three are in place and dont appear to be perished unless they have stretched somehow, but i was thinking along the same lines as you prob is the rubber moutings

checked cooling fan was working ok blowing nicely as customer had the cooker running when i arrived so i could see what she meant, i think as you say prob door seal not sealing correctly

the way to see is if it is screwed to the drum seen by looking inside the drum and seeing screw threads instead of rivets i am sure it fits, then it is under kit number 1701662
