    Hi Toni, Miele W828 is a washing machine, part no for on/off switch is 4764930 £52.20 plus P&P plus VAT from Miele 01235 233133.

    Hi Mark,
    Drum shaft not normally worn if machine hasn’t been used to long with bearings gone.
    Kit comes with seals etc. When I tried to buy seal and bearings from different suppliers it worked uot more.
    Element not normally hit
    Yes suds container out job.

    G665SC produced from 06/1994 TO 03/1997.I can’t get any nearer than that. Regards clayside

    Hi Greg. Thanks for reply, have had a quick read looks like as you say overheat problem. Customer away now for a few days. If any trouble will pull it out of housing and try to get more numbers. Regards clayside

    Would appear to be in some kind of service mode. If machine is turned off at machines on/off switch @ programme selector switch turned to off, leave machine for 20 seconds when machine is turned on again it should cancel @ return to normal mode. Hope this works. 🙂

    MTR213 will fit, you need to fit wires from small terminal block above fan motor to new motor, fixing centrs the same. This is Neff mod fom 80’s 😆

    Hi Martin, It could be Er4. Display goes blank in seconds. No microwave no nothing. I thought it was temp sensor, ordered one fitted it but still the same. Old and new sensor approx same resistance. When you connect to mains it shows 000 in top display for split second then nothing, if you select temp in oven you can see F or E r4 in shadow on lower display. Customer says it went when she selected lowest power output on microwave. Any help apperciated. clayside
