    ntc or wiring from it to board.what kind of insulation reading are you getting when you megger heater.sounds like its not reaching temp so not willing to progress.paul

    have you checked for any blockages ie sock or colour catcher in or around eco ball.pr sw or tube and chamber.i think 💡 what gandh1 is on about is waste connection under sink.even though it is draining it might be partially blocked.paul

    thanks for reply seamy but that element is the one for grill in main oven(lhs)the one i need is for grill in small oven(rhs).it is approx 300mm wide and everywhere(including dimco) is quoting me either 011561400, hy14103 or ele4085.will have to contact gdp direct i think.thanks again.paul

    had a look at this today.what was supposed to be a whirlpool is actually a samsung?(was misinformed)model no is rs21jgrs1/xeu.nothing shows up in display and compressor not running.could it be something like start relay and can these be tested.is there diagnostics for these.would appreciate 😀 any help you can give on this as i said in previous post i dont do refrigeration and this is a favour.paul
