    had two of these in recent weeks.blown inlet valves.1 main wash and 1 pre wash.blown triac on board both times.diagnostics is only way with these.paul

    update on this one.wife rang me with correct problems.(husband told me different storey) machine will wash and rotate but will not ramp up into spin.also error f2 showing(motor jammed or tach off) presume its the latter as it rotates during wash. apologies for the incorrect symptoms.paul

    thank you phil have had a read and it answers quite a few common probs.this dw was surging and stopping and programmer lights were going on and off in synchro.customer has told me that over christmas his power was very eratic ie lights would all dim if he put too many appliances on. was wondering if dw could have been spiked with power going up and down.

    many thanks martin for the info.was wondering can someone explain how to remove casing on this model.i think its going to be a watched job.does control panel just flip over to release casing.paul

    job done ,customer amused at the set up but works a treat.popped the top off this eve to have a look and everything good.needless to say was not able to give guarantee.the technical bit involved heavy duty ties,6 foam pad pan scourers to pad out between concrete and drum and contact adhesive to stick pads to concrete. enjoyed this one.paul
