ParticipantRe: WIXL 123 door inner
Cheers Jim, funnily enough the customer who ordered the door inner has since rang me back to say that the handle and outer panel are damaged as well could I order them too.
Typical :rolls:Tony

Apparently he’s an ex para…..they are being trained to open the back doors and kick the machines out while the truck is still moving.

ParticipantRe: Bosch SMS50E0UK/01 no go
Sorry for late reply. Its out of guarantee, but as i’ve now seen a pic of this model (in the dark) and being a black appliance I didn’t realise there was a display on it. There isn’t a flicker from the display or any other indicators on it so I’m with Martian on this one. Ta for the replies gents.

ParticipantRe: Askol D/W Pump
Is that a sales pitch 🙂

ParticipantRe: Askol D/W Pump
Spoke to someone in masterpart yesterday and they advised that Whirlpool were no longer sending out the Ceset pumps as a replacement to the Askol……even though on the easy to search website it shows the Ceset motor and namechecks it in the description 👿 . Can’t sell that job on the more reliable pump now can I!!

ParticipantRe: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
Why is it that when you explain (at length) to a customer that as the fault they have is intermittent and that, as they know, it only happens once a week and that as I have found no sign of a fault it will probably reoccur at some point and to ring me when it does……………DO THEY GET ARSEY AND RING AT 10 O’CLOCK AT NIGHT SAYING YOU LEFT MY MACHINE WITH THE SAME FAULT 👿 👿 👿 👿 SOTTERS.

Occasionally get a problematic one but mostly repaired well. They do some of the dishwasher boards as well, I’ve used them for Smeg boards in the past.

A woman who has rung me before ….very plummy, horsey type with no common sense….likes to tell you all about her mother and fathers health problems etc, insists on keeping you hanging on the service line everytime she rings because she’s never prepared with make, model etc. I just saw my a*se and hung up this time. Last time she called I waited and had her stories for 15 minutes 👿

ParticipantRe: never been so quiet
Was busy, quietened down a bit now…..then again it is January and anything above a trickle is usually a bonus.
