Don’t know if you got sorted yet with this one. Do you have the clock number, i have a lot of new cooker clocks I’ve just picked up today with some Bellings among them.

Had the same fault symptoms this week. Water in base due to motor/ circ pump noisy for a while, seal gone and leaking badly. Motor was begining to cook itself and prog stopped at 30 mins. Its a possibility 😉 .

For the Servis stuff usually EMW, but I know they are having fun and games with the late models. Blown chip nearly everytime.
Presume this ones a Minisel board…..absolute s**te they are.TC

Usual case of regulator in a plastic cash bag with a connect sticker on it. Just the wrong fri***n regulator in it!! 👿

Connect prices to me are often cheaper than others although there are still some shockers, but that is the same all over, you just look elsewhere. There are issues with service and delivery but that sees light in another thread 😉

I’ve had the application form sent through as well. Seems a bit of a trick question completed labour rate per repair to Dom and Gen. Do I stick my normal call charges in or come up with one to suit them 😕

Got one of these from connect. Both part numbers coming up with same regulator, its an EGO50.55023.071. One with a wiring mod which I never got 👿
The original is a twin circuit Diamond H andthe replacement one is a single. Surely that can’t be right.
Original regulator is 33ERX22M.TC

Went to a chavvy customer last week, Bosch Classix door handle broken.
When I said I’d have to order it and possible cost she wanted me to do it. When asked for a parts deposit she said had no money but could I just take the door off then so she could clean it 😯 . This was after she’d told me that she would take the door uptown :con: to buy ahandle for it.When I questioned her on whether I looked like I’d just stepped off the boat she asked me if I’d show her how to do it, again I declined.
She then tried again…what will I need to take it off then.
At which point I’d had enough, politeness and patience went skyward.
A fri***n’ big ‘ammer.
Yup, slammed the door on’t way out too.
She managed all this without moving from her slouch, sat on the bottom step of the stairs, smoking at me.Customers 👿 …..well some.

I had an ARM 20 fail on me two weeks ago. Belt kept falling off the pulley when customer used the machine on a full programme. Went back to it 3 times, changed belt, checked main pulley for cracks etc.
On the third visit when tensioning the belt I noticed that the motor pulley was loose, it then came off in my hand 😯 .
Fitted loads in the past so it could be a one off but still one to look out for 😉TC
