it may be frownd on but it works i have fittted loads of the aspera type compressor and it still confuses me :rolls:

i dont normally give a time but as it was the first call of the day i new i would be there for eight after that its anybody s guess what time il arrive 😆 cras

call booked in on saturday between 10 and 12 asked if we could call later rather than the earlier spot as her husband likes a lie in on a saturday :rolls: so i decide to leave it till after 11 at 10 30 she rings to enquire where we are and i tell her il be there at aprox 11 45 oh thats no good she says i have to leave at 12 o clock 😕 i explain that i need half hour to check appliance so no point in calling or booking a time slot that allows me no time and we decide to change booking to 8 o clock this morning i arrive bang on time but nobody s in after waiting 20 mins i leave she rings later to enquire why we didnt show :rolls: when i told her i did but she wasnt in she says that the cleaner doesnt arrive till 8 30 👿 lord give me strengh 🙁 cras

that word franchise just makes me shudder having been a silent partner in an oven cleaning franchise with my wife .Fortunatley we managed to escape a couple of years ago , £150 a week franchise fee 😯 and we paid for all the advertising when we complained we were threatened with legal action and bankcruptcy its so much better now all the money she earns we keep 😆

done one today with exactly the same fault changing control board cured the problem not a bad price for a candy part 😀 cras

went to a smeg fridge freezer earlier this year pot faulty on fridge side qouted £160 to repair which was accepted got a call next day from customer saying that a fixed price outfit would be able to repair it for £110 and asked if i could match this price to which i said no customer then cancelled the job 😡 about two weeks later same customer rings to see if i can call and fit pot when i asked him what happened to his fixed price repair he said that they would have to order the pot from italy :rolls: and this would take eight weeks to come in ,needless to say with the hot weather arriving he didnt want to wait that long .I repaired fridge and when i left he was still struggling to recover the £65 call out charge 😆

just wish my late dad was still around to see this i remember when 600a first appeared on the market he couldnt believe that they were using a combustable refrigerant ,apparently according to him and i qoute: they experimented with metane after the war as a refrigerant but soon gave it up after a few explosions: 😯 he predicted a whole lot of trouble in the future :rolls: he new a thing a two my old man 😉
