    April is the worst month historically for us ,never can get used to it ,the time of year I pick up the to see if it’s still working 😀

    Thanks for replies ,frustrating because I can get the fan ,grommet and motor but not the internal fan blade ,customer says she wants to spend the money and keep it going ,out of interest can anybody tell me why there are three cables ? ,changed a few of these in the past but as I was changing like for like I never gave it much thought .Cras

    Yes last time I looked rear fan , internal fan and grommet were obsolete but all needed on this repair ,also even in available elsewhere ,it makes the job expensive ,was trying to help customer out by keeping cost down .

    240 volt motor on this ,tried a 240 volt Hoover evap motor across just in case ,still no joy

    Product rc1090 type a001 door roller catch for main oven and the catch that holds the warming draw shut .

    Chin up lads ,I keep a graph on the wall going back around 7 years June is historically the worst month of the year ,would imagine the summer getaway has to be paid for May/June leaving them skint . The second half of the year is always the busier than the first Cras

    Thanks Martin ,think customer was looking for an insurance claim and wanted to know if this zanussi was subject to any recalls etc before approaching her insurance or try ing zanussi thanks again Cras

    Went back today ,and found that when I moved the thermal cut out a bit the heater came on ,wiggled it again and it went off ,dodgy new thermal cut out ,changed for another new one and all ok now ,thanks for the reply R600a ,glad I managed to drop on the fault-in the end
