well i seem to be getting more than my fair share of idiots this week example so far 1, no money to pay c o c even after being informed over phone before calling out 2 ,unstuck a load of options buttons on a zanussi last week charged my usual charge and left customer rang yesterday to say that machine was stuck with 17 mins remaining and when they pressed the start the display vanished (different fault to last week )office explain that we will call to look husband comes on the phone and says he doesnt think im up to the job 👿 and there calling another company out : :rolls: 3 ,whirlpool american board fitted some time ago defrost heater is down to earth now customer says he has a 12 month warranty and wants it fitting for nowt not happy when we offer to waiver the labour charge :rolls: 4, call out to a bosch today to be met by a high quality bush lasted all of 4 months asked why they had not rang argos oh we couldnt find there number 😯 so we thought you could repair it and you can send them the bill all this and its only wednesday 😆 whats the worst thing customer s do……..BREATH……… 😆

    Re: speed awareness course

can never understand why they only ever offer these courses to people who are only a few miles over the speed limit and only if its there first offence surely the people who are most in need of these courses are the ones who are speeding at twice the limit or have aquired 12 points in three years 😉

yes i always give a price and ascertain wether they have the means to pay, i was well aware that on the day i arrived she was missing for obvious reasons, hence her snotty atitude the following morning . I have told her that i am unwilling to do any more on her machine in future, quite honestly she s been a pain in the rear ever since her first problem . Her letters are good for a laugh though the last one stated TS say that if i dont replace the belt we are going to be forced to provide her with a new machine 😆

Re: new belt would you pay or not

thanks for the reply tim what really annoys me with this paticular customer is that she bought this machine off me as a new graded appliance approx 2 years ago it came with our own 6 months warranty never had a prob during warranty period but had 3 problems since ,2 of which we did free of charge only charging for the last one .i suppose thats the problem the old saying if you give an inch they will take a mile comes into play here :rolls: cras
