Can I suggest at this juncture that an engineer is called to look at one if not both of your dishwashers Justin as we seem to be going round in circles giving advice that only appears to bring along new issues 😉

Please don’t take this the wrong way but clearly you are not conversant with how the basic principles of appliances operate, we can only offer so much help and I think enough advice has been offered in all honesty, call an engineer eh before the wife gets really annoyed 😉

I’m more than happy to help there, if anyone would like to start, I’m sure between us we could easily write a great article 🙂

    Good idea 🙂

We could have an ISE feedback thread like the repairs@ one.

If anyone who’s sold one has a willing customer to kick it off ?

The wiring diagram comes with the kit (or should do), it involves replacing every wire in the cooker and takes a good hour or so 🙁

Another huge grey area Mal 😕

I think the general census when this was discussed before is don’t touch even if you’re not actually doing anything illegal if only to cover your own @rse 😉

Wiring diagram on the way but no technical spec on the thermistor I’m afraid 🙁

The part number for it is 45X8560 if required.

    And today:

quinny wrote:Just to let you know, I arranged a repair through your repairs@ link, due to an ongoing problem with our Tumble Dryer, and out of the 3 recomendations you gave I chose S.D.Electrical Sevices (Simon) from Cheadle Hulme Cheshire, and I must say I was so pleased with his Service, Help and advice, it’s so nice to know there are still people out there who are not out to fleece us.
Give him and yourselves a 10 Star rating …or more.
    Thanks UK Whitegoods.
    Cheers Quinny
