Can you forward the repairs@ email to me please if you don’t get a reply by the end of today. although normally 48 hours should be allowed 🙂

Haynes dishwasher manual, from your local library, nothing online that I am aware of to be honest.

Re: Neff U1661 No Clock or Bottom Oven

Can you post the full model number please, it will begin U1661 and have more letters/numbers after that. From the rating plate around the door normally.

From a quick check of a couple of versions the timer is around £75 ex carriage so if you’re unsure on how to check it, I would suggest an engineer to be honest. The repairs@ link below should provide one 🙂

    Re: proline/ocean freezer

Well, it’s manufactured by Brandt and that part number is the only one listed against that model, it hasn’t been superseded either so something’s odd about it 😕

The picture definitely shows the two brackets as well.

I don’t know where you got it from but Connect’s site have a picture and as you say, no splines. An enquiry through them or Masterpart may come up with an alternative but I can’t find one…….

That 2003…. number is the serial number. Can you get the model number ? It will be LS??? normally.

Re: Diplomat Fridge Freezer – AMP 6826 – Fridge not cooling

It’s a standard single compressor wet wall fridge/freezer so nothing special. This one is made by Merloni (Servis version) so I would expect the compressor to be failing 😉

    Re: Teba Grill Element

You can’t get them anymore I’m afraid, Teba have ceased trading in the UK.

We have managed to source some but the single grill element for yours cannot be obtained, but luckily the dual element will fit, just leave the outer elements disconnected.

I can’t tell from the diagram which size your oven is but the 500mm version is here:

    And the 600mm version here:

    Re: Ariston Dishwasher

That’s a no fill error, the pump running noise may well be the fill valve humming. Have you checked the water supply is OK ?

Apart from that, I’d go with Greg and check the base for water (flood protection activated) with the power off of course 😉

    Certainly Rudi 🙂

UKW will not under any circumstances sell gas parts to anyone who does not prove they are Corgi registered and has the relevent qualification. The policy I posted over a year ago is here at the top of the public part forum:

    http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … pic&t=5075

This also applies to email enquiries I recieve.

As for microwaves, the only part I would sell is the turntable glass unless the lamp can be replaced without removing the cabinet (inspection cover).

    I hope that clarifies.

    Re: Diplomat ADP 8234 E 9

E9 is the same as E1 (flood protection).

A forum search for E1 will reveal plenty, check the Smeg ones as well as it’s the same dishwasher.

Power off please if going inside :zap: or check the repairs@ link below if you need pro help 🙂

Re: Firenzi DW930/1 will stop during cycle, beep and flash

4 flashes (or E4) is a no drain error so check for blockages where the waste hose connects to the sink trap (if it does) or kinks in the waste hose.

There should be more on this in the forums, check the Whirlpool ones as they make this dishwasher for Firenzi.

Power off please if you go inside :zap: or check the repairs@ link below if you need pro help 🙂

Re: Zanussi DS11 pumping out constantly

Water in the base by the sound of it which has activated the flood protection switch. The underlying leak (if it has one) will need rectifying of course 😉

Power off please when checking :zap: or check the repairs@ link below 🙂

Re: Zanussi DW 929 Will Not Drain Effectively

A common problem is the impellor unit on the end of the main/drain pump motor.

Power off please if checking yourself :zap: or if you’re unsure, please check the repairs@ link below 🙂
