They did quite a few “System xxxxx” appliances. Mainly under the Ram brand name for Magnet Kitchens.

Yes, I’ve heard of them. They are Brandt’s spares outlet to the public.

There was some problem Martin had with them a while back with extended delivery times.

I also made the mistake of telling someone this model was a Brandt made one and they wanted the door hinge straps, it turned out it wasn’t a Brandt at all 😉

I wouldn’t think a cld Kitchen would unduly affect this to be honest unless it gets really cold.

As it’s under guarantee still, I would call Whirlpool out to repair it FOC 🙂

Possibly an element or thermostat failure.

Model number please for further help 🙂

If there’s definitely no error code on the LCD display then it points to the PCB itself to be honest 🙁

There are other factors though that can cause software errors on these, I would recommend an engineer on this one as the PCB is over £100 and a wrong diagnosis could prove costly, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

If you do procede, power off please when checking :zap:

If you go to https://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/macro … .d2w/order you can order a user manual for it

New World at the time were owned by them. You will also need the model number beggining CKG from the rating plate..

Possibly the other thermostat near the front is playing up but quite hard to test accurately if you have some heat 😕

Power off please when going in :zap:
