Hover your mouse pointer over the red word “here” above then click on it, it’s a link to the part on our online shop 😉
2/3 days maximum delivery time 😀

ParticipantRe: SEME website
What’s the url of the SEME site please, I’ve not seen/used it yet ?
Connect’s website search is about as much use as a handbrake on a boat frankly, hence my frustration with not allowing the DVD to be re-enabled. The model may be recognised if you’re lucky after removing and adding some numbers or letters, but if you’re not spot on with keywords it won’t recognise it.
Masterpart’s site is fine if a little cumbersome at times, it helps if you know the OEM part numer, which also goes for Connect. The catalogue section is a nightmare though as there are far too many products in each section to browse through quickly when you’re busy…..
… now I’m going off topic, that never happens on UKW does it ? 😀

ParticipantRe: Crusader condenser Tumble Dryer spins no heat
You really need to check them for continuity with a test meter (with the power off :zap:)
If one has failed the serial number is also required to identify the correct kit. Other faults could be the front thermostat, the heater or one of the two timers.
If you need help from an engineer please check the repairs@ link below 🙂

prometheus wrote:If so where could I get one?
As Mark says, it’s two bearings and a seal required for the basic job, you may need more as the bearings have obviously failed quite badly 😉

4th and 5th lights flashing isn’t a listed fault code so I would go with your assumption that the solenoid on the dispensor is at fault to be honest, it causes all sorts off odd errors 🙂

ParticipantRe: Smeg DWF64SSE
Flood protection activated is lamp one flashing and lamp five on all the time so that sounds about right 🙂

ParticipantRe: NEFF Oven low temp.
The model number Dick, it will be prefixed Enr and start U1150?????
It will be on the same label you found those other numbers 🙂

ParticipantRe: Flames licking the sides of saucepans
It’s probably the burner design but I would ask the Corgi engineer who installed it to check it for safety reasons.
In the meantime, please don’t use that burner 🙂
Make and model would help also 😉
