Yeah, I tried the site as well, an email should do the trick 🙂

Or you can phone Stoves on 0151 432 7838 for the part number.

Nope, as long as the two reds go together 😉

It’s a Stoves but that model isn’t on the Disk I have 🙁

Masterpart should be able identify it with the 059 number though, Connect show the grill element at around £30 trade for guidance (so half it )

Re: Burning smell from Indesit DG6100W

Circulation motor burning out, a leak on to something, not enough water in the appliance, a number of things I’m afraid can cause these symptoms.

Power off if you investigate further please :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer if you’re unsure 🙂

When the knob rotates the light(s) on the front will also be flashing, if you count the flashes between pauses it may help narrow it down a bit for you 🙂

Re: Indesit WDE12- First error F-01, now error F-02!!

F02 is a motor related fault so whatever had fallen off (sounds like the motor plug me given the fault) may not be back on correctly ?

It may also have been the temperature sensor connector, these are a common problem.

Re: Magnitron(?) for Panasonic Combi microwave

Without the model number it’s hard to be accurate but £100 as a ball park figure. There is also an issue with certain models where the PCB needs replacing.

If you take it to your local repairer they should be able to give a more accurate estimate.

Faulty new element (it happens ;)) or the upper/grill element could be causing it then.

Try a Miele, that’s about the only one in the UK that will come close to coping with this sort of heavy use to be honest but even then the domestic one’s aren’t guaranteed for commercial use.

It’s his advice to the public that concerns me, I PM’d him yesterday about the software thing as well as that so hopefully he’ll stop it.

If he works in a store selling white goods and proves it he will have been given trade access, I have a feeling that he works for one of the other trade members but I can’t be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain on it.

If you use the search function for the words Smeg or Diplomat and reset you’ll find the answer in there quite a few times 😀

I don’t know where that part number came from but it’s 31X6062 at £29.99 ex VAT list from MFI.

You can also order HY34101 from Masterpart or 34-HY-20 from Maddocks and SEME, both for about a tenner trade 😀

Your engineer needs to use a meggar to test every element in both ovens (if he hasn’t done so already), one of them has an earth leak by the sound of it.
